Avante Steering Problem

Hi

After a long market survey, I've made up m mind to procure a new Hyundai Avante.

Except the dealer, no body advised me to purchase this car, as other drivers claim that this car has a serious steering problems

They say that steering wheel locks when speed exceeds 120 kmh!!!

I just can't believe it's true, but, what do I know?

So I searched the net over and over in many languages... no clues, so I need your help around guys.

Any ideas?
