stock 3.73 rear diff with 5.0 engine
I own a 92 5.0 H.O. Thunderbird with the stock 2.73 gears. I want to swap out the rear diff with one that has 3.73 gears but it must be an 8.8 independent rear suspension diff like i got. Im thinking maybe an explorer? but i would like the diff to come off a 5.0 that way i can take the speedometer gear so my odometer won't be off. Thanks alot.
