96 Voyager with TCC solenoid Code

I have a 1996 Plymouth Voyager with a ENG: 37/P0743 code-TCC Solenoid Circuit failure. The transmission was rebuilt 1000 miles ago and has a new torque converter. The transmission is shifting fine but the check engine light is on. Any suggestions?

There ia a warranty but the TCC solenoid is not normally part of a rebuild.
