Thumbs up 1990 525i help?

I just bought a 1990 252i and I was wondering what aftermarket products if any you would recommend? I do not know much about BMW's mostly honda's and acuras, thanks

nice one, the first thing I would do is get a garage to look over it and tell you what needs doing to it in the next 12 months (I did this and it cost me about 1500 GBP, but at least I knew nothing was likely to go wrong in the near future!

if you have any money left over i found a K&N air filter, slick 50 in the engine oil and a rather large sub woofer and a couple of Amps!

brighter headlamp bulbs were a must too.

one bit of advice is if your 90 has the m20 engine before you do anything check the timing belt. see if the previous owner had it replaced and if you can't find out then just replace it. It will cost more down the road if you don't do it and it goes.
