scanner wont talk to 01 tahoe?
wifes ses light came on and my actron scanner nor my mt2500 in generic odb2 wont talk is there something i need to do beside turn on the key? Thanks

Okay so the gas cap wasnt tight and the light went out, but whats up with the no communication, the actron scanner I bought in 03 so it should be current and my mt 2500 good through 99 but generic should talk ritght?, Any one know which pin has the twelve volts any input would be good. Thanks.

Pin 4 is chassis ground and Pin 16 is battery voltage.
