ABS Light
So I searched through to find out how others might have solved the problem with their abs light coming on. I was driving the other day at maybe 40 mph when my ABS light came on. It did this one time before but went off in the past. However that time my front right bearing was bad, and i think so was the sensor, so i replace the whole hub.
Since then I have had no problem until the other day. I don't here any noise in the bearing like i did with the other side. Is it possible it might be something else? My blazer is a '98 with 150k on it. I don't mind if the ABS really doesnt work on the one hand but that light is annoying. I think from what i read, Autozone cannot retrieve a part code for ABS correct? |

Re: ABS Light
the scanners autozone uses cant read abs codes. you have to find a shop that has an abs capable scanner to read the code and see what the problem is. it could be a number of things so get it scanned and post the code back.
