Old Work Truck

I like these kinda old workin trucks.
this is AMT's 57 chevy stepside.
plan is a faded red pantjob, white bumbers, some weathering some junk in the back etc..

for weathering all i use is acrylic paint for dry brushing . and different pastels

Nice. Do you crumble up the pastels and dry brush the powder, or do you just randomly knick the plastic with the pastel in hand? I really need to try this some day. Problem is these days, I only build for customers, and all of them want shiny new cars!

lol,
ya i scrape the pastel with my knife and you end up wirh a pile of chalk dust, then i brush it on.

This is fantastic work! The Hustler sets it off great but maybe a few greasy finger prints need to be added, stellar build, believe me, i rarely post in the street section!. Ill be following this one!
