My 95 CV won't turn off and I have determined that one of the actuator levers/rods is broken and does not control the ignition switch as it should. Does anyone know how to replace the actuator levers that control the ignition switch box. I removed the steering wheel and the bolts on either side of the steering column but was unable to remove the front portion of the tilting steering column. I was so close to accessing actuator levers but was afraid to remove the spring or the pins holding the tilt adjusters on the underside of the steering column. I wasn't sure I would be able to put it back together. Maybe there is another way or trick to replacing these pieces of plastic designed to fail.
