Newbie Need help with replacing driver seat 95 civic
I've got a 95 civic sedan awhile back i got rear ended and it popped the seat off its rail 2 shops have said i should simply replace it but i dont like their prices can anyone let me know if this a do-it-yourself kind of job or should I defer to a pro. and if it can be done. what tools would i need.

Unless I'm missing something, it should be an easy DIY job. You should just need a ratchet and some sockets, a wrench (to take off the rail from the L shaped bracket that holds the top and bottom of the seat together), and a philips head screw driver.
But I guess it depends how much damage was done. Do you have any pics to show exactly what happend to the seat? |
