Check out these muffler tips
I wanted something that would give me a nice deep sound out of the exhaust. I dont want to get an exhaust because the stock one is fine for now, so I thought of just adding on a tip. I saw something that looked exactly like this at a local performance store and they looked pretty cool and the sales dude said they would give me a nice deep sound. Two of these would fit over the 2 stock pipes. What are your opinions?

Oh ya, they also had a muffler that looked sort of like this at that performance store. i like the one that they had better, but this is sort of like it. It went for 170 + 50 installation and comes to around 220. The two tips above both cost a total of 130 + 20 install comes around 170. The guy said that it would look sick to have a single ractanglular-oval tip like this because the big oval ones are too common, and most acuras and hondas have them. This would go perfectly into the muffler space thats in our rear bumpers.

i use dual rounded square tip universal muffler by arospeed. its not too loud, has a nice stainless steel finish.
if you do plan to get just the tips, you'l probably have to cut the piping near the muffler and weld the tips on.. might look okay, but can't see the can of the muffler...kinda says "i went and got me just the tips." so, I'd recommend you get the muffler and do it all right at one shot. ![]()
