Some questions about a 90s

Hows it going guys i have a 90s 5 speed 109k miles. I got a couple poblems with it. I tryed looking for a manual for it but haynes does not seem to offer one for audi. First off i don't think my radiator fans are working they are both electric and do not seem to click on i checked the fuses (i think there are 4 that deal with the fans or some aspect of them), and they are all fine. Not sure what to check next. They temp guage seems to work but it does't go past the 1st line unless i am sitting just ideling then it will start to heat up, maybe my thermostate is stuck open not sure where that is located. And last but not least i am loseing coolant pretty fast i have checked all the hoses that i can see and do not see the leak, it all comes down and drops off of the oil pan. it looks like there is a cavaty above the oil pan, not sure if there might be a leak up there. also if anyone knows where i could pick up a shop manual that would be a big help thanks a lot.
