97 Conti motor mount question

I have a 97 Lincoln Continental. I had all 3 motor mounts replaced less than a year ago at a Lincoln dealership. I now go to a smaller, local mechanic that I really trust (more than Lincoln). He swears one of my motor mounts is broken, since the engine tilts to the back very far while testing the torque. I've since taken it back to the Lincoln dealership that did the work (still under warranty), yet they say all the mounts are fine. Question: Is it normal for this engine to move A LOT? I know the mounts are hydrolic, but this tilts back to the point that it pulls on the hoses and everthing else attached...Thanks.
