2 Questions regarding Acu Stion, and some Enzo parts

Hey guys, I'm out shopping for some parts for my Ferrari builds and I've got 2 questions.
Ok, first question, is there any other place to get Acu Stion 360 Challenge Stradale PE parts(all of em, including the data plate) other than HLJ and Media Mix? Hlj has most of em listed(except for the data plate, which I can do without) but they are all out of stock. Media Mix lists them, and some are in stock but they are about 10 dollars us more per item than HLJ(and others regarding other companies products). I'm not trying to say anything bad against Media Mix because I've received wonderful service in the past, I just don't remember them being so high priced(er mark up on the parts). I'm on a slight budget, and I'm trying to keep some of the money I've got in paypal for an FXX too.
Ok, second question, Does Tamiya still sell spare parts trees for their model kits? The reason I ask is because i'd like to get a set of Enzo tires, wheels and seats, and I'm sure no one with a complete Enzo kit is willing to part with em. Anyone know of another place to get those parts?

sorry for the "out there" questions, but i just wanted to know, and there is no better way to find out than by asking..lol

Thanks in advance...
Gray

Hi Gray,

Our shop has the Acu Stion 1/24 360 Stradale PE in stock right now. You can find it at www.modelcraftersgp.com

We could also get replacement Tamiya Enzo parts for you too if you have the Japanese item code for the Enzo (not the kit number, but the individual numbers for each tree, etc.)

Happy modeling!

I second that, I really appreciate the response guys, I actually stumbled across your site last night, and saw a few things, now just gotta let my paypal money come in..lol

actually, would anyone be kind enough to scan the individual parts tree number portion of the enzo's instructions, so I could find out about ordering the parts I need? I think I can still call Tamiya USA direct to order them.

Thanks

Gray

You don't have the instruction manual?

I am at home and 20 feet away, but no scanner.

nah I don't have an enzo kit yet, I'm wanting the seats and wheels and tires for my Challenge Stradale build, thats all, I've found a revell enzo kit minus its body for cheap that I may just get, just the tamiya parts look more accurate to me(I guess i'm picky..lol)

Where do you live?

The Hobbly Lobby here in Colorado Springs has all of its models on sale for 25% off. This weekend is there 40% off coupon. You could get a Tamiya Enzo for like $30!!! I have 5, but I will buy more!!!

Mine had a great selection, but no FXX. There were 4 Giallo and 5 Rossa Enzos though?! It blew my mind. They even started carrying Aoshima after market wheels too!!! I guess they are trying harder, who knows.

Re: 2 Questions regarding Acu Stion, and some Enzo parts

hmmm they sound loads better than the hobby shop closer to me(called Hungates, I used to work for em back in the day too) which started out as a mom and pop style place and then blossomed into an NC wide franchise...they pretty much suck though...only carry mainstream models and craft stuff and they charge 20% over msrp on everything too..so 12 dollar kits become 17.99 and so on. There is a Hungates about an hour from here that I have been going to since I moved to my current location, and the Hobby Lobby is only 30 minutes further...hmmmm seems worth the extra drive then..

Thanks for the info btw, I've got some paypal money waiting to buy that enzo, and whenever they get the fxx i'll get one too(40% off of course)
