A/C Mounting Bracket removal

I'm in the middle of a waterpump replacement on a 2000 Ranger 3.0L.

I've got one bolt that I can't get out because the huge A/C bracket is in the way. I found one bolt facing the front of the truck and two more facing the driver's side. Are there more?

Re: A/C Mounting Bracket removal

I would highly recommend you get one of the locally available repair manuals such as Haynes or Chilton. The manual clearly explains steps to take for a particular job. For example, normally water pump failure is associated with fan clutch problem or vice versa. I found that out when I replaced the pump in my '99 Ranger 4.0L.
