high compression???????
hey guys i have a b18c which is not far from undergoing a complete rebuld. my question is i was thinkin of going all motor with high compression. i think stock compression for a gsr is like 10:1 or close. i was wanting to go 12.5:1 but don"t know anything about high compression engines. is it worth it? how much of a pain would it be in the long run? wat about things like timing, gas, daily driving? anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated.

Well you'll have to run "super" gas, that's for sure.

yeah people run that compression daily, all it takes is a good tune, wideband, and good gas. My buddy with ls/vtec ctr pistions drove it on long trips and daily, just remember to get good gas
