Saturn 04 Blower fan makes noise

I have an 04 Ion and when you put the blower fan on
low you hear a clicking sound. Like when you used to put
the baseball card in your bike spokes when you were a kid.

But when you put it higher you don't hear it. Not sure if
it's because of the sound of the air blowing drowns it out.

Has anyone had this problem.

Do things work different at low speed compared to high speed.

Thanks in advance.

Oh, there a no leaves or debree in there as far as I can see.

yes blower motors can make noises at all speeds. Not a common problem but we have replaced a few for being noisy. If its still under warranty I'd take it to a dealer, as the motor is expensive.

I took it back to the dealer and they did replace it for being noisy.
Thank you.
