Complete * Techart Cayman GT
Finished Fujimi's Cayman kit but not without some fitting problems. The tail lenses didn't fit well nor did the windows, maybe I just didn't get them in good, I dunno.
I didn't spend too much time with this one and it shows....but I wanted a completion to keep me going at the bench. Ended up using the rims from the CGT and modified a parts box spoiler for the back. The colour of the car is more green than blue but the cam made it look blue, so use your imagination. Re: Complete * Techart Cayman GT
Regardless of how much time you spent on it, it still looks awesome. The wheels turned out really nice. Typical Veyron shine!!
Looks great!

Re: Complete * Techart Cayman GT
Looks great regardless of the "Fujimi-ness" inherent in the model
Weird how the glass/clear items don't fit well; especially odd is how the front corner lamps are offset up into the fender partially. The parting line between the bumper and the front fender should be a perfectly straight line and the corner lamp should be only surrounded by the bumper on three sides and the flat edge of the fender on top. The way Fujimi made the corner lamps go up partly into the fender ; is actually harder to make wrong than it would have been to make it right So yeah...nice model, and Fujimi is still up to it's usual and expected tricks to keep us on our toes

Re: Complete * Techart Cayman GT
Looks good to me!
I've often found that Fujimi 'glass' and 5 minute epoxy go together.

Re: Complete * Techart Cayman GT
It looks great overall. The rims aren't doing it for me, but the body kit looks killer.
