Squealing engine

I have a 95 Isuzu trooper. When it starts it lets out a terrible scream. I have recently changed the belts. This did not change the squeal. It only occurs in the winter when it is cold. It is fine with warmer weather. Can anyone help?

Check your starter. My 98 though not a squel had a rubbing noise at start but that went away as soon as the engine was going. 1 month later it wouldn't start....Starter was the problem.
