99' Suburb Interior Light & wiper problems

Need some help I have a 99' Suburban. All of a sudden My done lights started blinking & then went dead. Not only will they not come on at all it also killed my built in door opener & all my other reading lights. It appear that I don't have any power going to the Center console. I have checked the fuses but have not found any to be bad. does any body know exactly which fuses controls this area? I also have another problem which involves the wipers. They will sometimes just shut off, even in mid cycle. Its a pain driving in rainy rush hour traffic with out wipers. (thank goodness for rain-x).
