another trac.control question

i pulled the abs fuse on my 93 vic lx to stop the rear brakes from engaging during wheel spin, but i've noticed that about 2 seconds after one of the rear wheels comes loose (if you drive like me you leave a little rubber here and there) the throttle control kicks in and quickly lowers the throttle for a second or two. How can i overide this interference, and is it also applying throttle limitations under heavy acceleration?i can't really tell
