And regardless of the situation, he is always understood. On the A-team, Face , Haniabal, and Murdoch were all masters of disguise. Mr T didn't have to wear a disguise. The bad guys didn't recognize him out of fear.

I've seen the first one a dozen times, and I'm pretty sure it's fake. It looks like a 4th grader's cursive, plus "page is to big".. I think an English teacher would be able to differentiate between 'to' and 'too'.
