Idiling Problems?

Hey guys,

I have a 2002 Chevy Cavalier Z24 Coupe 5 SPD. Just over 100,000 KMs on it. It appears when I idle at a light or in my driveway the car almost has a mini heart attack. Its almost like the engine stutters a bit. No preformance problems at all. But its really weird. Any ideas?
