2003 ECBM or PCM problems

I had to replace the engine in My 03 Century with 3.1, engine swap went well butafter the car wouldn't crank (turn over or anything) could jump it at the starter but would only run about 10 seconds. Towed it to the dealer, first problem was no communication with the PCM so this was replaced, but still won't start now they say the ECBM has no power!! any sugesstions can't evine find a repair manual on this car..

Welcome o AF.

A factory service manual would come in handy. Helm, Inc. has them but pricey at $135.

By ECBM are you referring the the electronic brake and traction control module (EBTCM)?
