'99 Windshield Wipers not working!!
My 1999 Camaro had the Winshield Wipers stopped working. I checked the 25 amp fuse [fuse #14] and it is good. The wipers are getting power, when I turn them on, they are stuck in the down position, if I give them a little pull, they will do one sweep and then stop in the down position again. Would this be a relay, or the motor and how much of a job is it to fix?
