|
car cuts out when it starts to build boost.
just put a new motor in the car (not used). boost spike to 20psi the first time, the second time is when it started cutting out. car cuts out when boost hits about 0. Any ideas what could be wrong ?

It would be very helpful if you could tell us more about the car. Mods? Maintence? Turbo? etc.

put new plugs in it when i put the motor in 3 days ago. the car free revs fine but you can not hold the car at a higher RPM without it cutting out or when you are driving the car and the boost hits 0 it does the same thing.

Cuts out as in shuts off, or just will not boost at all?

well another thing it could be is tps...i had a park avenue that when i started it it ran fine until i give it gas it would cut out just setting there..

but you can drive it.. it will also free rev, but it will cut out when you try to hold a steady rpm.
