90 lincoln dcl not working
My 90 lincoln has a problem with the DCL not constantly working. It will beep annoyingly down the road. The odometer and mileage goes blank. After a while it will come back on and actually be correct. Also, if you tap on the dash, it quits. The radio also comes on tremendously loud, then quits. The speedometer occasionally reads 120 when you are doing half that. Any ideas?

Sounds like you also talking about a Digital Cluster problem as well. For that one, it's best to disconnect, clean, and re-connect all the wires on the back of the cluster. The ribbon wire contacts can be cleaned with a pencil eraser. If that doesn't fix it, the cluster needs replacement. As for the radio, that sounds like a separate problem. IMO, I don't think that's repairable.
