99 DD pulled obd2 connector off-what is pin layout

I was retrieving engine codes on my 1999 DD and when I finished I pulled on the plug body to remove my code reader. Unfortunately, the cap on the obd2 connector came off. I need to know what color wire goes to what terminal on the DLC. Anybody able to help me.

This is my first post to this forum, so don't jump on me to hard as I was not pulling very hard on the plug. Anyone think this might be covered on emissions warranty. Also I had to replace the evap core ($850) and now I don't have heat on my wife's side of the car.
