2000 Chrysler Sebring fan switch help

Can anybody tell me how to get fan switch out of 2000 Chrysler Sebring
without taking out the dash? Or without taking all day.

You'll have to remove the surrounding fascia around the radio and HVAC controls, and possibly remove the cowling that covers the guages. You may have to remove more dash than you really wish to, but take your time, and it will come out.
