Belt Tensioner Squeaking. How Do I Replace It??

1996 Tahoe 5.7 Liter. Hello, how do I replace the belt tensioner? It is making noise at idle. So I assume it needs to be replaced. I put some oil on it and stops squeaking for a little while. Any help is much appreciated. I never changed one out before and don't know if it is easy to do or not. Thanks for any help!!

Take the belt off (see http://www.advanceautoparts.com/engl...0030801sb.asp). Once the belt is off, the tensioner can be removed and replaced with a new one.

Reinstall the belt (probably a good idea to replace it if it has been a while).

Thats it? I can just put the new one on? What is that little arrow for on the housing? Which way do I have to turn the bolt? Clockwise to get the bolt out and counterclockwise to get the belt off? Thanks!

This is the tensioner http://www.mvreader.com/multiview/da...K&year=1996&l=

And this is the tensioner pulley http://www.mvreader.com/multiview/da...9&year=1996&l=

If you want to replace just the pulley (you are sure it is this bearing), the bolt holding this pulley is a left handed thread so clockwise to remove, counter clockwise is install.

This is the instructions to replace the tensioner assembly http://www.mvreader.com/multiview/da...n&catalog=auto
