Question 2005 Grand Cherokee Question

I just bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealership and was wondering if it has 4x4 or not. The back of the vehicle has the 4x4 emblem but the paper that was on the car said it was 2wd... I do not have a shift option to change it into 4wd...The dealership told me it has full time 4wd so basically is that Quadra-Trac 1? When buying Insurance it didnt tell me if it had 4wd when they did a VIN check...Can someone please clarify my question...Oh one more. If my vehicle does have QT 1, is it okay to drive on the highway in snow..Will it be good enough?

Re: 2005 Grand Cherokee Question

I have a QuadraTrac II on my Jeep and it is in 4 wheel high all the time. I live in Ohio and my Jeep is great in the snow. I f I get to where I'm stuck I pop it into 4 wheel low and it pulls me right out....
