Problems with Ford Service CD

Does anyone have problems with the Ford service CD? I was in the middle of a procedure when the Ford service CD quit working for me. Actually, it is just the part under Service -> Engine from what I can tell. It says "..... is not a valid Guide document"

I came home, downloaded a new version, burned the new CD and have the same problem. It writes a file to a cache directory but doesn't try to get anything off the CD when it gives that message.

Anyway, does anyone else have this problem with the 2001 Windstar Ford service CD or is it just me?
