P71 eng Swap from 302 to 351C Questions

My brother has a 1991 P72 according to the VIN, that is starting to show oil in the coolant.
The car has a Fuel Injected 5.0.
Then on a dull day, we pulled the back seat out and found the build sheet:
On line "B" it has:
Emission Registration - no code
Engine - F
Trans - T
Air Cond. - M
Engine (unreadable fine print) with this code - 0K3*6AA
In the "Remarks" box it has:
Line H - Police
.....DSO 710040
Line I - Eng Oil Cooler
....Eng Oil Light Battery Feed
Line J - VIS RH D LID SS Bench TR AY
I have a strong 351C-2v in an half-assed project ride. What would be involved in
this swap, retaining the Fuel Injection and all. Or would it even be possible?.

If your model is a p71 you should already have a carbed 351 in there.
