02 CR-V oil leak bottom of timing chain cover

I have been to the dealer 2 times. First my timing chain needed replacing @ 102k. An oil leak developed immediately. They said the timing cover gasket was leaking and tried again. It is worse now! I pulled the wheel and skirt to look. There is Honda Bond (?) or similar gasket material all over the joint with the oilpan. The three bolts they share are slightly rounded off and the middle one seems to have been applied with gasket material too. It still leaks. (I can provide pictures if it helps diagnose.) It may be leaking behind the pulley, but it looks like the joint to me. Any suggestions for getting this resolved on the next trip?
