Climate control vents

The climate control vents (things you aim the air with) on my Sable are damaged, and have been for some time, I think since I purchased it. I've searched the internet to pieces and can't find any for sale and I think it may be that I'm not using the correct terminology or something dumb to that effect. What in the world should I be looking for to find what I need?

Some terms that are used are dash vents, face vents.
