Siemens lines up investment bankers for IPO of auto group
Siemens AG is soliciting advisers and banks to assist with the initial public offering of its VDO automotive group. The investment and securities firm Goldman Sachs has been brought in to advise, Siemens VDO spokesman Brad Warner said.
