Newbie With Ac issue

Whats up guys. I thought this might be a better place to search for some answers on this piece I own. 143000 miles on a 200 lesabre custom .Windows all broken basicly cause of that stupid plastic clip that holds it up. (But its not a recall) The prblem Im having right now though is, today when I went from heat to Ac all it does is blow hot air. I mean hot air, kind of like it got stuck in heat or somthing and I cant get it to change over. Any insight to this will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
