What kind of Shocks, springs, etc. is recommended for the RSX Type S?

What kind of shocks, springs, etc. is recommended for the RSX Type S?

For the springs I'm hoping for about a 1 inch to 1.6 inch drop.
Thanks all.

(I need some good shocks and springs that are good for both road and track)

Comptech or H&R are good springs, Eibach is good also. Or getr coilovers, if youre not happy w/ your drop you could always adjust the height.
There are no shocks yet. I'm personally waiting on Koni's or Bilsteins.
