ok do u guys think that eclipse sucks cause some people told me that they were overated and sucked compared to all the hype they get and were very prone to blowing if the rms power is exceded

ITs not the products fault if the installer doesnt install it right. Anything can go wrong if its not set up properly.
As for eclipse i think they have an average or recomended rating, ive never used them personaly and all the setups i have heard where bass heads and they sounded like crap as do all bass head setups.

Cant remember who posted it but if you see it give yourself credit Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota. Cardomain

they make some good products. their high end models of subs and head units are nice.
