cold in rear

I have a 97 Aerostar 4.0 AWD. The rear vents only put out cold air. Works great up front though. Is there some sort of blending doors for the rear that could be stuck? Where should I start looking?

Re: cold in rear

i am sorry to inform you but your aerostar is female and will always have a cold rear area no there should be a blending door or actuator to switch it from cold to warm air
