Re: diamond vs. eclipse

I own those eclipses. from personal experience, very good drivers. I paid about $75 after shipping, though, eBay. I plan on making an isobarik setup this spring/summer. somthing simple.

Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota.

Re: diamond vs. eclipse

yup, its been almost a year i think. maybe less, either way, i don't remember what i typed, probably just eclipse, happen to find a nice deal from a seller that looked solid. There are many great drivers out there, i'm just giving you my opinion of these eclipse. I'm sure those Diamonds are equally comparable performers.

Re: diamond vs. eclipse

you have to be vigilant when shopping on ebay ..... it's mostly dealers nowadays, so don't always jump at the first "bargain"

Re: diamond vs. eclipse

i wouldn't know about a ported enclosure, i've never built one. again, they perform very well for me, I normally listen to progressive music (tool) and thrash metal (nevermore).
