Flashing Battery light
My husband just picked up his car from the shop. He had the water pump replaced (it fell apart and dumped all the antifreeze). On his way home from the shop he noticed the battery light flashing, he never seen that light before. GRRRR. What is wrong NOW?
He has a 1991 Mercury Sable.

Is the serpentine belt still on the vehicle?
If the alternator was touched, make sure that the alternator electrical plug is connected properly.
