Throttle body???
I am thinking about porting and polishing my throttle body. I know its a good idea, but some people told me to go witha 5.0 throttle body. Is this a good idea, if yes does the throttle cable connect with no mods?

Re: Throttle body???
1 question. WHY? People make huge power on stock untouched TB's. Its unnecessary and a waste of money unless you are making tons of power.

Re: Throttle body???
Pretty sure you asked this a month or 2 ago, and I'm going to give you the same response as I did last time. Even on 15Gs, with your mods, your TB, isn't causing enough of a restriction, that opening it up will net you noticeable gains. Heads and cams are still areas you can improve on. The fastest 3S's in the world (3sx and DR) are running stock TBs. And on a stock manifold, it's 100% waste of time and money trying to modify it to fit.
If you still don't believe me, or want to read about larger throttle bodies options, or just want to read more on the topic as a whole....please read this and this and finally, the mustang TB specifically.
