A-hole driver....

I live in a small town with an elevator coop. Most of the people there hate me cause I have driven by there a little faster than I should have and have gone down there and messed around in there lot (at night when dark with lights off....really fun). They know I do stuff because I have gone through there to get to another place to hvae fun a few times after school. So they have reason to hate me. My last time going through there, one of them blocked me in his truck, understandable, so I turn around and leave, havent been ther since, and this was a few weeks ago. now today, I went by there, on my way to a friends house to see if he was home, and the same dude who blocked me the last time was plowing some parts of the area. He drives past a T intersection as I am pullin up to the intersection, I stop as he plows infront of me and he pushes the snow into a lot, as I start to take a left from my stop sign, he throws it in reverse to try and "scare" me, I know he did it purposly (cant prove to cops though) because of our last run in as mentioned, and because he saw me, and because I dont see many snow plows throw it in reverse that quick and spin their tires, most dont spin. Is there anything I can do to stop that, other than not drive by there? I have a freind who licves right next to the elevator basicly and depending on which way I come from, I will be driving right by there.

Re: A-hole driver....

put yourself in the residents' perspective. you are the asshole drive, going there "having fun" making noise and messing around where they live.

if someone came into your area and did that, you'd be pissed and want them to go away. the solution is to not going there causing trouble.

Re: A-hole driver....

yea, I haven't been down there doing anything in almost a month. this is also part of my area becaus its a small town. I live 3 blocks away, and my friend who also does it, right across the street, Im just wondering if there is anything I can do about the driver at the elevator. I really dont want him trying to ram into me, but then I guess if he does, I may get a new car, but Id prefer he didnt, he has almost hit me twice, but the first time is undestandable, todays wasn't, I wasnt even doing faster than 15 or 20mph in the 25 zone, so I gave him no reason to do anything or to provoke him

Edit, wher I mess around is acctually a bit far from the residents because there ar a few buildings in between, and its on the edge of town, so nobody can see me. And its my neighborhood too

Re: A-hole driver....

Yea, I have realized I may not be the best driver out there, hence why I have pretty much stopped doing most of the crazy shit I used to, I hadnt really done anything in the last month until the other nite, and I almost took out a stop sign, tpost and almost screwed up the bottom end of the frot with a cinder block. So I have only done that in the last month. So thats established Im not to great of a driver, what I want to know, is there anything I can do about the other guy who almost git me twice? When I do things, I make sure nobody is around to get hurt, except if a friend is around doing it too, then I make sure there is space. Never hit anybody nor have I ever been close to hitting anybody, a few things, but wouldnt have done any damage. I just dont want this guy to hit me when I am not doing anything. I was driving slow, being patient, NOT DOING ANYTHING, and he almost hit me purposly.

You can get hold of him and have a friendly word with him. Try telling him that you have changed and you would be messing around no more. You could also try apologizing in case he feels too offended. I personally don't see anything wrong in apologizing when I am at fault. That should end the matter and you are free to visit your friend safely (and not mess around further).

I was thinking about that too, but a few people advise me not too. I think the next time I see him and I have time thats what I will do tho. I dont want him to take it to far and hit me, even though I need a new car.

Re: A-hole driver....

While that is a little questionable on his part, don't worry, unless he really has a vendetta against you, he can't possibly be a dick about it everytime your in his range of sight

Re: A-hole driver....

Just avoid the area for a little while, its not a big deal eventually he'll cool off and get over it. We've all done dumb shit like that when we were younger.

:15millionsign: It's what you deserve for pulling stunts like that. If you want to fool around, find an industrial park or something like that.

Re: A-hole driver....

So you have never done anything stupid like that? Everyone does. But as I have said, I haven't done that stuff for over a month now, well, until today, but on grave roads outside of town (nobody saw me), and I only spent about 10 min doing that. Ive just never heard of people acting like they are going to ram somebody because of it.

You're a tosser. You do stupid things because other people do? You are a sheep.

I hope he does ram you to teach you a lesson.
