550 Variations

I wanted to post a couple of pics of variations on the 550 Maranello. I've said it before and I'll say it again - the 550 is probably the most beautiful car ever created (mind you, I still lust after the 288 GTO) - but I digress!

The first is the Koenig 550 Twin-Turbo. Now, Koenig has done some great and some not-so-great cars over the years. What do you all think of this black beauty? Twin-turbo putting out "up to" 790 bhp and 557 lb/ft of torque!!! I think I prefer it without the wing, but I guess with that kind of power, the wing is probably a necessity.

All I'll add is, you know you're in the right line of work when not only can you buy a 550 Maranello, you can then spend countless $$$ modifying it.

Koenig 550

Here is another view, without the wing.

By the way, how can I upload more than one picture to a posting?

That is one sick looking Ferrari. Did I mention that that also happens to be my favorite one.

550 Variations Part II

Ok - here's the Hamann 550. I'm pretty sure that the mods are exterior styling alone. I do like those "deep-dish" wheels!

I must say that i concur with your statement about the 550 being one of the best looking cars ever. i like the koenig 550 TT a lot better without the huge wing and the TURBO written on the back. that woudl be the ultimate car.
