Re: exaust question
From a stock SS?? If so...then no.
Drop some $$ on a good catback if you want some HP. Magnaflow comes to mind.

Re: exaust question
If you plan on modding the rest of the exhaust (like getting headers) in the future, avoid the SLP Loudmouth.

Re: exaust question
why do you say avoid the loudmouth if you are planning on getting headers. thats what i have and i am looking to put long tubes on it here in the next month. i'm guessing from how loud it will be right?

Re: exaust question
Loud isn't the problem.
Rasp is. Sounds like crap to me. I had that set-up. I got rid of it.

Re: exaust question
do you think the LT1 will sound better because i can definetly tell the difference between my lt1 with loudmouth and my friends LS1 with loudmouth. i personally think mine sounds alittle better than his, so do you think that will effect the sound or have you heard a LT1 with LT's and loudmouth?

Re: exaust question
Forget the exhaust altogether.
Cut two holes in your hood and put the exhaust manifolds upside down on the opposite side. Then you can get rid of all that extra weight for pipes.

Re: exaust question
I tryed that.
But the fiberglass made a mess. And it spit all kinds of shit onto the windshield.
