Does anyone here have any idea why they call them that?I posted this in classics and nobody knows.I figured maybe some one here might have an answer.
I was talking with my nephew about a car with suicide doors,he asked me why they called them that but I didn't know.So I told him I would try to find out. Any help would be appreciated. |

Becasue if another car hits one while its open, and your getting out of the car it will be slamed shut jamming you between the car and the door.
It's not a plesant way to die.
