2000 Venture RAP, radio stays on

So yesterday, I turned off the van, pulled the key out and got out of the van, then noticed that the radio was still on. I figured that it must have been a fluke and ignored it. Today, same thing, the radio stays on, the door chime dings like the key is in or the headlights are on. My question is this...(Probably answered on my own) Does this mean that the ingition switch has a small problem? Could this be fixed with a little graphite lube?

Figured this one out, yes the "key in ignition" switch was not closing, I am planning to add some lub to it and see if that helps. If I wiggle the key when I take it out, then it is fine!
