tilt wheel problem
hi i have a 1986 e-250 the tilt wheel works but if you pull down on the wheel it moves on its own down to the center and stops you must use the tilt handle if you want it to go all the way down. it feels like to clicks are stripped or some thing wrong has any one had this problem
