'99 grand voyager windshield wiper puller

Hi, Im trying to remove both windshield wipers completely, but they are stuck on the bolts tight and I don't have a pulley puller. Is there any trick or alternative?

Be sure you want to remove them. The splines are probably corroded to almost powder. I had to replace mine once they were removed. $20 each at JY. Be prepared to replace once removed but maybe you will luck out. You may be able to use a battery terminal puller successfully.
