95 Caravan hood release broke!

My inside hood release broke, does anyone know how I can get the hood open?

You can cut the cable through the grill and hopefully get it to disengage by pulling the wire (assuming it didn't break right at the latch)

Mine broke off a couple of years back (94 Grand Voyager)...I got it open by grabbing what was left of the cable (inside the van) with a vise grip an pulling. It was a fairly easy replacment and the dealer had the part....I believe it was less than $50.00. Good luck
